Our Philosophy
People know the job that they do; they have a vested interest in improving the way it is done, what it is done with and where it is done. We believe in involving them, in working with them and in tapping into their expertise on all our projects. Our value on projects is in taking the end users with us, communicating the outputs of the work as they emerge and getting their buy-in to the solution. It is this approach that gives us a great track record of delivering successful designs that are welcomed and accepted by users.
Human Factors is often given a bad name for wanting perfection in the solution at any cost. We don’t believe this to be the case. We want to provide something that is usable and of quality but will always prioritise to where the best value can be added.
Our approach to consultancy is one where we want you to want to work with us. We want you to be happy to call us if you have a problem in the knowledge that you will receive impartial and useful advice. The only way this will happen is through working openly and honestly with no surprises and forming personal relationships over time. This is something we value.
