Kay Anderson
Finance Manager

Kay joined CCD in March 2008 as a part-time Finance Manager. After graduating from Goldsmith's College in 1988 with a degree in Drama and English Literature, Kay went on to work in finance and accounts across a range of industries, including Television, Cosmetics, Property Investment, Recruitment and Software Development. Although Kay has not undertaken any formal training she is now qualified by experience (QBE) as a Management Accountant.
Her key talents are credit control and cash flow management and also has a vast software knowledge including Sage L50, Sage Payroll, MS Office, Hyperion database.
Selene Robinson
Administrative Assistant
BA 
Selene joined CCD in 2008 following previous administrative roles at UPS, Boston Hannah International, Wickes and First Security.
Selene is the operational hub of the office keeping everything organised and moving efficiently. She deals with all administrative issues for the Directors and Consultancy staff.
Selene is currently on maternity leave.
Wayne Butler
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE 
Wayne joined CCD in July 2009 having previously spent 9 years in the recruitment industry. Having studied Business & Marketing his career started in retail but it was not long before Wayne decided London was calling.
Starting as Junior Consultant Wayne worked his way up to Account Manager working with both UK and International clients as well as UK Government Organisations. Wayne's client base has included the likes of Accenture, PWC, Deutsche Bank, Vodafone, Shell, BP, and Balfour Beatty through to the BBC, Walt Disney and WPP.
Wayne is the heartbeat of CCD, without him things would simply not exist
