Workload Modelling
How do we know that people will be able to cope with the level and type of work required of them? Are they overworked or under-worked and what affect will this have on their physical and mental wellbeing? Can they cope, are they likely to make mistakes or become bored, inattentive or de-motivated, are they at risk of health & safety injury or stress illness?
These are classic workload questions that employers, designers of new software and hardware systems, designers of work process and HR professionals need to understand. Why? Because people are our most important asset. Stress due to overwork is a primary cause of lost work time and staff turnover. Not understanding and optimising workload has real human, performance, legal and economic costs.
What do we do?
So how do you know if you have a workload problem?
We can provide a range of predictive and real-time workload measurement tools to quantify and qualify workload. Our tools are applicable in a wide variety of working environments, cover mental and physical workload activities and drive practical improvement in workload management.
